Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Loan Low Interest ("we", "us") collects when you visit loanlowinterest.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We publish general information about loans in the Philippines. We do not make loans, we do not take loan applications, and we do not ask you to create an account. We have written this policy with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) in mind.
The Short Version
- You can read this site without giving us any personal information.
- We use a third-party web analytics service that sets cookies and collects usage data in aggregate.
- If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- The loan calculator on our site works inside your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us.
- If you click a link to a lender or another site, that site's own privacy practices apply.
- Never send us your ID, bank details, passwords or OTPs. We will never ask for them.
Information We Collect
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, your browser and device send certain technical information that is typical for any website, and our analytics service records usage data. This can include the pages you view, the time and date of your visit, the page that referred you, your approximate location based on your network address, the type of browser and device you use, your screen size and language setting, and an identifier stored in a cookie. We use this to understand which guides are useful and how the site performs. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Information you give us
If you contact us at admin@loanlowinterest.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to you, to check and correct our content, and to keep a record of corrections.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect your ID, loan applications, bank or e-wallet details, or credit information. We do not run user accounts, comment sections or newsletters at the time of writing. The calculator on our repayment guide performs its calculations in your browser using the numbers you type, and those numbers are not stored or transmitted by us.
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use a third-party web analytics service that sets cookies to measure traffic and usage. The data it collects is processed by that provider under its own privacy terms, and the provider may transfer data outside the Philippines. We use the reports to see which pages are read and where we can improve explanations. If links on this site are affiliate links, the destination site or its tracking partner may set its own cookies when you click through, so that it can record the referral. We do not control those cookies.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. You can also use browser tools or extensions that limit analytics tracking. Blocking cookies will not stop you from reading the site, although some usage measurement will not work.

We share information only in limited situations: with service providers that help us run the site, such as hosting and analytics providers, who may process data on our behalf; when the law requires it, for example to respond to a lawful order from a court or government agency; and to protect our rights, the site or the safety of others. We do not rent or sell email addresses.
Links to Other Sites
Our guides refer to regulators, lenders and other organizations, and some links may be affiliate links. When you leave this site, the privacy policy of the other site applies, and we are not responsible for its practices. Retention and Security
We keep emails for as long as needed to respond and to document corrections, then delete or archive them. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider. We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including serving the site over an encrypted connection. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you may have the right to be informed about how your data is processed, to access it, to object to processing, to correct inaccurate data, to request erasure or blocking in certain cases, to data portability where applicable, to claim damages, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise these rights for information we hold, such as an email you sent us, write to admin@loanlowinterest.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Children
This site is intended for adults who are considering borrowing. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Protecting Yourself From Scams That Use Our Name

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
