Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 October 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of loanlowinterest.com ("the site"), operated by Loan Low Interest ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the Site Is

The site publishes general information about loans, interest, fees, repayment and borrower safety in the Philippines, and a review of loan and credit providers. We are not a lender, a broker, a bank, a financing company or a financial adviser. We do not accept loan applications, we do not decide whether anyone is approved, and we do not collect loan payments. Any loan you take is a contract between you and the lender, not with us.

No Financial, Legal or Tax Advice

Content on the site is for general information only. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer, solicitation or recommendation to borrow from any provider or to take any financial action. Your circumstances are different from anyone else's. Before you make a decision, consider speaking to a qualified professional, and always read the lender's own disclosure statement and loan agreement. Please also read our Disclaimer.

Accuracy and Changes

We work to keep our content accurate and current, and we describe our approach in our Editorial Policy. However, interest rates, fees, eligibility rules, regulator lists and laws change often, and providers can change their terms without notice. We do not guarantee that any page is complete, current or free from error. The terms in a lender's own disclosure statement are the terms that apply to your loan. We may change, suspend or remove content at any time.

Permitted Use

You may read the site and use its content for your personal, non-commercial information. You may share a link to our pages. You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and link to the original page. You agree not to:

Intellectual Property

The text, design, logo, calculator code and other material on the site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by Philippine intellectual property law. Names and logos of other organizations belong to their owners, and mention of a name does not mean they endorse us or we endorse them.

The Calculator and Examples

The calculator and worked examples are illustrations. Examples use hypothetical figures, and the calculator returns estimates from the numbers you enter. They may differ from a lender's figures because of rounding, payment dates, fee treatment and how a lender counts days. Do not rely on them as a quotation, a disclosure or a prediction of what you will pay. See how to calculate your total loan repayment.

Third-Party Links, Providers and Affiliate Links

The site mentions and may link to regulators, lenders and other organizations. We do not control those sites or their products, and we are not responsible for their content, terms, pricing or conduct. Some links may be affiliate links: if you apply for a product through one, we may receive a commission, which does not change what you pay. This does not affect which providers we include or what we say about them, as explained in our Editorial Policy. A provider appearing on the site is not a guarantee that it is suitable for you, that you will be approved, or that its terms are favourable. Check that any lender is authorized before you share personal details; see how to verify a lending company.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including financial loss, loss of opportunity or indirect or consequential loss, or from any dealings with a lender or other third party. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including consumer protection law.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own borrowing decisions. Before you borrow, make sure you understand the total cost, that you can afford each payment, and that the lender is authorized to lend. Our guides on comparing loan costs and loan repayment are meant to help you ask the right questions.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute concerning them is subject to the jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines, without limiting any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
